Party Constitution 2024

Verse 1- Aims & Objectives

1a. This party shall be known and referred too as “The British Loyalist Party”.

1b- Our objective and aims is to hold and govern and place within the British Parliament to cast a vote and view regarding to the safety and future of the people.

1c. This party will combine patriots and good humans alike to vote on and conserve the interests of the British people.

Verse 2- Party Structure & Membership Structure

2a. The leader of the party hereby referred to as “the commander” will be elected democratically by the leading party officers and captains and members of the BLP committee on a repeating window of 36 months.

2b. A vote of no confidence can only be rightly called by a unanimous vote from the party commission, any other such undertaking without this vote shall not be recognised nor is it binding and individuals involved shall be put before a party tribunal to face justice.

2c- Under the “commander” is a two tier individual referred to as “admiral” who shall be elected by the commander every 12 months in an election process where candidates within the party make themselves seem a fit by showing previous expertise and knowledge on party and nation matters that shall not hinder but benefit the commander and therefore the party and nation itself.

Verse 3- Membership

3a- Membership will be open to all members of the public who hold a valid passport and legal tenant to reside in the country permanently.

3b- Foreign Nationals who wish to join the party as a member must hold all valid requirements stated above including no criminal charges or warnings in the United Kingdom and no criminal convictions or pending warrants in their country of birth.

3c- Party Membership will be automatically unavailable to any person who has a conviction of rape or sexual assault on a minor or adult.

Verse 4- Committee Structure

4a- The Party Committee will be made up of 48 individuals all representing the party in different aspects and all voted for by local small elections by the party members every 24 months held in town halls in their respective locations.

4b- Party Committee members will uphold and advocate the party values and beliefs and do their best to stand for the members which they are in office to protect and speak for, any such failure to speak for their local branches and members can result in an impeachment voted by a majority and approved by the party committee as binding and valid, from which point a new committee member will be elected.

Verse 5- Party Meetings & Discussions

5a- A meeting will be conducted weekly joined by every member of the British Loyalist Party Committee to discuss issues and topics within and outside the party also regarding to matters within the country itself

5b- Disputes within the committee or a committee member will be discussed and resolved through a meeting where we will hear cases and views regarding to the matter from varying individuals within the committee or even a member of the party itself, all views matter and must be discussed to find a resolution that fixes the problem and resolves any issues at hand.

5c- The party will record meeting sessions open to members of the BLP through various means or in some cases in person at an allocated place.

5d- Here the party will decide and record party decisions, as well as any other matter regarding governance arrangements.

5e- The frequency, timing and matters that will be discussed will be told to whom it may concern so the appropriate parties may be present.

Verse 6- Elections we shall contest

6a- as a whole the party will wish to run for county parishes in order to govern their respective areas in the Government however we shall also run for local parish councils to voice and represent our members on a however minuet stage however all the same regarding importance.

6b- The main and leading objective of the party is our chosen commander to stand in the ballot as a candidate to serve as the prime minister of The United Kingdom, we shall work to aid him and the party in a completely legal, rightful and respective way.

Verse 7-The Party Financial Scheme

7a- The financial scheme off the party will be completely approved by the electoral committee and PPERA 2000, including using 1 January to 31 December as the financial year, declaring party donations and loans by maintaining detailed and registered financial records accessible to the necessary party it is dictated and checked by.

7b- Party funds will be used for local party branches, campaign funds and other such purposes that benefit the party on an expressive and therefore viewership base.
